Now, you have a well drawn concept, however I give you three stars for originality, because many anthro characters are quite common on deviantART.
But, with your character, I absolutely love your color scheme. It isn't a rainbow, but rather realistic colors of a cheetah. And the purple stands out pretty well, giving your character a look of power.
I recommend checking anatomy charts, anthro creatures are tricky due to the fact you have to combine human and animal anatomy. Her breasts are a bit too high, to be honest.
You have a great sense in detail, I like the patterns on her skirt. You must have put lots of time and thought into this idea. Very good, indeed!

Todella nätti hahmo! Se että kuvassa ei ole taustaa ei miusta haittaa yhtään, koska kuva näyttää hyvältä ilmankin :3 Hahmon asento on hieno ^^ Väritys on todella nättiä ja tuo häntä on aivan ihanan pörröinen! Kauniit vaatteetkin hänellä ja tuo tiara(?) on todella nätti :3

This is a really nice piece of art!
She really looks persistent, like she have a zeal of some sort! i guess that zeal is money, eh?

I really like the facial expression! however the eyes might need another look over. It looked a bit "derpy" when i stared at them

Abdomen anatomy is questionable but still believable! (stomach).

Spell effect looks awesome, just like that, i too would have described necromancy magic.

Aaand the tail look good! Fluffy thing there!
