Awesome. Reminds me of NASA or satellite imagery - perhaps a violent volcanic eruption emerging above the cloudline, or perhaps on a cloudless world with great rivers and deltas carving the landscape.

I'm trying to make cool fractals but have no idea how ChaosFissure doing such beautiful fractals.Β

Also, perfect as ever, Chaos.

It a combination of practice, experience, and boatloads of failure on top of whatever artistic sensibilities I have. Β If there's anything specific you're interested in knowing about, you're always welcome to ask!

I'd hardly say that this is perfect, as I see a few things I'd wish were different Β But there's enough I enjoy about it that I decided to finalize and publish it!

I said wrong. It's not perfect. Nothing is perfect. But... This combination of colors, combination of programs! All of this making all of your fractal wonderful and... some sort of magical, i think. Your professional in this are easy to see.

Sorry if my English wasn't good enough to make you understand my true feelings andΒ thoughts. It's not my native language.

Also, i'm sorry for taking your time. Stay awesome, master.

I enjoy trying to answer questions about fractals and replying to comments! Β You don't need to apologize for my time, because I am happy to share it when I can do so!

I understand what you are getting at. Β To me, Β "perfect" doesn't describe what you enjoy the same way as what you just wrote, and I'd prefer to hear what you like and what kinds of ideas you take away from it

Even with my wide vocabulary, no noun or adjective can be used to describe the beauty of this masterpiece.

Electric ink...?

What is that?

cosmicbound In reply to ChaosFissure [2016-07-09 03:39:30 +0000 UTC]

Haha, I was trying to figure out what this makes me think of. It looks like ink dispersed in fluid, but it has an obvious symmetric pattern in it so I'm imagining that maybe electricity could do that.

Would you ever consider doing a fractals tutorial. ( I legitimately have no idea what it means or how it works)

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

ChaosFissure In reply to BillTheBill [2016-07-08 19:38:04 +0000 UTC]

I already have a few of them if you check the "Resources" section of my gallery Β

Although I'm working on a tutorial right now that covers some theory and practical understanding of why things go on when you work with the software I use, I do hope to do some timelapses of what I create, as the skills I use are possible to share, but my workflow relies on interpreting what I see rather than following perfectly repeatable steps!

Fascinating work! I'm a huge fan of how the dark ribbons mesh with the lighter greys towards the bottom left. Well done!

Even though I love how the red part seeps into the image, the grayscale portion and texture it provides is much more interesting. Β It sorta reminds me of undersea coral and sand.
