Yes, now I will be the little evil but I think you have over done the white outline. You wanted her to be sooo shiney... o_O she looks as if she had some gray hair. Or she had run into a huge spiderweb. In her hair in her eyelashes and omg everywhere. Even in her armpit. : /
It's beautifull, I adore the details, the colors and the background to no end but shiney is something that looses it's purpose when over used.
I don't want to be rude or agressive. This is my opinion, only shared to help. If you feel it's an attack just hide my comment and we will be done.

I had up the contrast so I see what you mean, the original the whites arent as strong so its not as shiny (but I love shiny, I'll tone it down).

Yeah I happen to have a darker than normal monitor, so the contrast comes out for me more.
And scanner eats traditional :/

if you can get to a mac store, check my work on their screens, I did that, It looked awesome :3

You just use too much shiney (on some works) for my likeing that's all.
