this one i drew for all those people who think that my blue caves exist only in my mind and have nothing to do with reality and actual people
well.. in city.. when you walk on the street.. or take a ride in buss.. take a look around you.. and you will notice that there's realy alot of people wearing earphones/headphones.. listening the music.. they own mp3 or radio..
why do they do that? i duno.. my gues is - they are naturaly building this little cave of sound around them
and it makes them feel better during a day.. or just durning a ride in buss filled with other humans

that glow effect was done with doted brushes i use.. kinda influenced by pointilism

i do make those.. but that's a job.. and i get paid for those.. these are what i make just cuz it's fun and makes me feel good..and away from alcohole

IΒ΄m one of those people with headphones, too... I just canΒ΄t stand the noise of all those people around me. I love your concept of the blue caves where people can hide, find peace or just hang on to their own thoughts and you certainly are right, theyΒ΄re real.
The flowing lines of this piece and the way the human is part of the cave and/or the other way round give the picture a lightness that is even further augmented by the soft shading and the glowing light. It has a peaceful and protected feel about it.

well.. the blue cave isn't just a place..
some people belive that soul is somewere "inside" our bodies.. i'm one of those who belive that body actualy is somewere "inside" the soul.. it's our outside shell..
and some times something goes wrong.. and we get phobias, addictions, depressions and all sort of other crap.. just like love, feelings, emotions.. they don't just happen inside our bodies, they alsow "happen" on the outsisde - making us behave, talk, see and react to the world differently..

I'm one of the people who go with such a cave. I travel a lot in buses and trains , and I usually add a book.
I really love this picture, because of the yellow light that connects his body, the moon and the earphones together. And the way he feels so comfortable and devoted to the music!

i realy doubt that.. music instruments are made to be listened to.. not to just jerk off somewhere in silance..
and i realy realy realy hope that there won't be such times when there will be sooo much people that we will have to sing in a jar so we wouldn't disturb anyone..
i wonder what do those old people listen to?
