I second Luffy's Charon association with Charon. I really like his abstract wings and his really creepy skeletal-ish left arm against the dark of his ... robe? XD

I see you ventured a bit further with the wings here but from what you told me they might get even weirder later on, since I totally know what you mean with Alucard comparison - I loved that mode of his with darkness and eyes when I was a teen XD Morgoth looks very symbolic here, I'd say this is Styx and he is Charon if you catch my drift XDDDD He's gonna need to use Grond as an oar to float across XDDD (I just wonder what currency he takes though, Silmarils probably but no, he has all three here unless one is a fake he put there to pretend like nothing was stolen and he's still perfect XDD)

XDD I love the idea of him using a fake Silmaril to replace his missing one. Maybe a flashlight bulb. It would look a little less glorious than the other two, but no one would want to point that out.
Also, the watery background was very last minute! I just downloaded some fancy photoshop-effects-brushes (which I have barely ever used in the past) and this "water reflection" brush was one of them. I was just messing around, and what do you know, suddenly there was this half-assed background. I went with it. XD

You know we actually joked about lightbulbs in his crown at some point with Zlu, I think XDDD Such a Melkor thing to do - indeed none would dare to even inquire XDD Half-assed background is actually better than none, as is often in my case, I am lazy so I just draw some spirals and call it a day XDDD
