I actually drew the lines for this as a part of a collaboration with =oleandervyce , but I colored it myself too, since I know I can use the practice 939She's a "mythological" type character I've been playing with lately yeeeah.

Love her outfit, the green goes nicely with the reds in her eyes, hair and ears.

She looks like a real interesting character with those ears and fancy nose! Love the anatomy here! Also excellent job on the background and those plants. And funky pants, me want a pair of one of those!

you don't mind that I try and emulate your colouring styles *hahahah, very badly* do you? Every new piece just inspires me to challenge my own way of colouring, or be more creative when I'm drawing *which goes slowly since I'm somewhat afraid of using contrasting tones for skin colours etc..* ;o; !!
anyway.

My Esme pic was originally going to be more along these lines, with a black outline, but then I just started colouring it before fixing the lines....so impatient am I.
But yeah, the pose, the expression, clothes, plants, stones...EVERYTHING especially her eyes and lips, just amazing!!
can I ask, what program and brushes do you use? I use Painter 8 at the moment, and the oil pastel brush- it's the only brush that seems to have that smeary effect to blend the colours *that I've found*
oh man, I just thought, "where would my art be if I hadn't fallen in love with Kyvie's clouds....?" yeah....probably no where. I think at the time I was maybe trying a more painterly style, but I was doing a lot of cell shading which was boring me....
