OMFG! You have NO idea how happy i am with how this came out, seriously. TT_TT the eyes are the masterpiece of the thing, and they took me 3 hours to figure out and draw. BUT IT WAS SO WORTH IT!!!! I have adored the eyes that the artist Carnelian does for 10 years, and have ALWAYS wanted to do them, but i always failed. BUT NOW I DID IT!!! I'll be doing a tutorial on them later, when i get the technique perfected. TT_TT *squeeeeeeee*Anyway, this is Listell, the first character that i ever ACTUALLY drew on paper, So i gave her a bit of a revamp =3 hope you like!

To think, it was only the other day I was looking at the original one you sent me a while ago!
I like how this has progressed into a more flowing and natural piece, which highlights the heights of your evolving style while bringing to light some of the more newly defined elements. The hair looks fantastic, while the details begin to really shine in the piece.
The outfit is nicely done, very consistent and in order, much more defined and balanced than the original- and with a nice use of folds!
The eyes, however, are the highlight of this piece. I think you've really captured the way that people detail coloured iris so well, but differently, and uniquely, while providing something that's fresh and pleasing to the eye.
Overall, I'd say this is one of your best anatomical pieces to date and I expect you to keep it up!

Lol, yeah. The original is pretty scarry lol I think I'm going to go back and do a re-render of most of my old art, just for the heck of it. I had some pretty damn good ideas back then LOL

Funny enough, I actually thought the same thing myself the other day. While looking through work from 2005-2009 I was thinking "Man, some of these ideas were cool...but ugly, yet cool (but ugly)." xD
