Sayena had the ability to change her form, which causes her to become several times stronger than she normally is. She becomes larger when in this form. She has thicker skin, making her more durable in battle.

Limitations:
Sayena's strength is only usable when in her Dragon Form. If she stays in this form too long, she may find herself stuck in it. The Dragon form exhausts her body and if she gets stuck in said form, she can become incapacitated for several days. Her form will only return in this situation once she blacks out. She is a bit slower than usual when in her Dragon Form.

History:

Sayena was born to a poor family in the city of Volgograd, Russia. They were in a rather nasty part of town, a place where one didn't go out at night unless they wanted trouble. One evening, her parents went out to run some errands. They'd be back in a few hours, they told her and her siblings... But they never came back. On the news a few days after they disappeared, the woman spoke of a couple found murdered. Their bodies dumped in a nearby creek.. Sayena was heartbroken. The young girl who was once so full of life and happy, was now broken and having trouble understanding and controlling her emotions.

She and her two sisters were left with the only family they had left, their uncle Gurogan. He was a drunk and had a major gambling problem. At the young age of eight, Sayena was out on the streets, pick pocketing and stealing food and money to keep her and her sisters alive. She had a total of two pairs of clothes and some ratty sneakers. That was all that she had to call hers.. Her uncle's addiction got so bad that be bet off their house.. And lost their house. He bet off everything they had, and now they were on the streets. Her youngest sister died from a disease that medicine could have easily cured.. But they had nothing, no way to help her. This only put more anger and hatred in her heart. She pleaded with her uncle, telling him they needed help.. This only received her a couple of slashes to the face and her side.. This resulted in the scars she has today...

At once point, Gurogan got arrested for starting a fight in the local bar, leaving Sayena and her sister, Bianca, with nowhere to go. Thankfully, they found themselves at an orphanage, but it didn't take long for the now 11 year old Sayena to be separated from her sister. This was when things only got worse with the addition of her new budding mutation.

Sayena began to have flashes of great anger as she would go thrashing through the orphanage. She sported muscles she never had before, ones that surprised her caretakers since she was so malnourished. Her ears had a strange shape to them suddenly, and on occasion the workers swore her eyes glowed red. The orphanage found a foster family for her.. The only catch was they were in America.

Now at the age of 14, Sayena began to learn English, go to school, for the first time since she was a toddler she was in a real family.. A real home.. During middle school, she met a strange girl.. She seemed to have similar issues as Sayena.. Feeling outcasted, having strange changes in their behaviors.. They didn't become close, though, until the day that Sayena found herself being harassed by one of the school's well known bullies. He was hitting her, over and over... Sayena wanted to fight back, but she already had two strikes here at the school.. One more outburst.. And she'd be expelled. She was taken by surprise when the girl she was vaguely familiar with came to her aid, giving the guy quite a shock.. Literally.

From that day the girls became inseparable. They didn't have long to get acquainted before the girl was sent to a special school after this most recent fight.. Sayena, upset to be losing her one true friend, suddenly found herself on another rampage.. This time was different, though. She was bigger.. Her skin was purple.. her eyes were glowing red, and her head sported horns. The staff at the school screamed out in terror.. They called her 'Dragon.'

She was reunited with her friend at the Jean Grey School for Higher Learning, who convinced her to get matching tattoos to how their life bond. The rest is history.
