dude, please do not bind with those. There are tons of DiY methods to use make a binder. Ace bandages can seriously injure your chest and make it so you can't have top surgery in the future. I'm not allowed to bind at all, and its killing me, but we'll make it through together

They have TONS of DiY tutorials on makeshift binders. Use one of those.
Seriously, don't EVER use bandages. I have so many friends who've been permanently injured by doing these things.

Don't use an ace bandage -- they're really, really dangerous. Ace bandages are supposed to compress when something moves against them, thus every time you breath they get tighter and tighter. If it gets tight enough it can really harm your lungs and potentially damage your ribs, not to mention your back. They also leave horrendous scarring.
I'd go with sports bras, or get your hands on a used binder(they take them in in Vancouver where I live and they can get you one your size free of charge.) or, save up for a binder--they're expensive, but the quality and result is worth it. You could also try this guy's technique(TheRealJazzBertie is a FtM guy who does/did answer questions concerning FtM issues. His binder videos were helpful for me: m.youtube.com/user/TheRealJazz... )
Hope I helped. Stay safe, and please, please(for your own safety) don't bind with ace bandages.

I actually got a men's compressor shirt [link]
Doesn't hide the boobs just COMPLETELY, but it makes them much smaller and it's MUCH more comfortable (and safer) than an Ace bandage. I might try the extreme chest binder because it might hide a little more. I wanted something to help me pull of male cosplays a lot better.
I tried getting an actual binder but it was really tight and my compressor shirt seemed to provide better results. Best of luck!

What if you strapped something flat on top of your chest?

like cut a folder in half, put it in front, and then wrap yourself.

That looks like you're using an Ace Bandage; That'd explain - right there - why your back and ribs are killing you. That isn't good... If you're unable to buy an actual binder, you could create one. Here and Here have some steps for homemade binders. I used to wear more than one bra on top of one-another, before I was able to buy a proper binder. There are also a couple used binder resources, where you could get an actual binder - albeit slightly used - for free. However, I'm not sure how that'd work since your other Deviation said your parents don't know...

I actually use something similar underneath the breasts to push them up for MtF.
As for help in this... It might be the best you can do, without having the breasts removed.
