Ace bandages or duct tape are far riskier than products designed for binding (such as those from T-kingdom or underworks). Even 'proper' binding can cause bruised or cracked ribs; lung problems; back problems; vessel or tissue damage; decreased blood flow to heart (increased risk of heart attack); decreased lung capacity; blood clots; inflamation of the ribs; permanent loss of sensation/numbness. Using proper binders (rather than ace or duct tape) and not wearing them too tight, not sleeping in them, and not wearing them for too long greatly reduces these risks. Please be careful!

T-kingdom or underworks? what does the job?

Whichever you prefer. Both should do just as well; I just offered two online sites that I've heard transmen acquaintances recommend.
