here's a drawing for Creationgal233 of a young Lenny and Carl when they first met each other as children.

before I tell you guys the story I want to tell the backstory behind the whole drawing first. after I finished the drawing I decided I didn't like the painted backround I gave it, I thought it took away the focus of the drawing. so I gently cut it out the sketchbook and put it in the bin. the next day I was going to attempt redrawing it but then I talked to my Mum about it and when I was on my way to school I started crying because I realised that a bad decision it was to put it in the bin. when I got home I talked to my Mum about my feelings again and you wanna know what she did? she started looking through the bin to find that drawing for me! and she found it! and it was in pretty good shape. I sprayed deodorant on the back of the paper to get rid of the smell ( be careful if you do this, it might splurge the colors. I was just lucky.), put four books on top of it to flatten it overnight, glued it back in my sketchbook the next day and here it is. I wanted to wait a little while before I post it but it deserves to be seen after what it's been through. and Mum, if you're reading this, thank you so so so so so so much! you're the absolute best!💜

okay back to the drawing. Lenny(who is a trans male in this story) wanted to look more masculine so they cut their hair and used scissors to remove their eyelashes, resolting in an eye injury. their parents Lenford and Liora were furious with this and so they forced Lenny to spend the summer at Camp land-a-man even though Lenny didn't want to. and Carl had been taken away from his adoptive parents in Iceland and seperated from his older sister Carlotta. he was sent to an orphanage in Springfield. he went to a summer camp to try and cure his depression from his recent emotionally trumatic experience. it felt like their lives were falling apart. Lenny was taking two big steps in their transition and it caused their parents to hate them even more than they already did, simply for being who they feel they are. Carl didn't know what to do with himself anymore. he missed his parents, he missed his sister, he missed Iceland. he hated it at the springfield orphanage, it felt like his life could never be good again.
but little did they both know, they were about to meet someone who will change their lives in amazing ways.
Lenny often snuck out of the girls camp to hang out at the other camp, which was primarily a camp for boys. but unfortunately most of the kids didn't accept them as a boy and bullied them, especially Legs and Louie. one day Carl saw how they were treating Lenny and told the boys to leave Lenny alone. later Lenny thanks him and they introduce themselves and tell their backstories and why they were at their respective camps. they quickly connected with one another and Carl helps Lenny out in more ways than one by getting him accepted into the boys camp with him and he managed to get a bunch of nice binders for Lenny to help them with keeping their chest flat and feeling comfortable in their own body. and it felt like Carl had finally found happiness again once he met Lenny. he really enjoyed being around Lenny and they always manage to make him smile without even trying. it felt like he had a family again. ❤
