Description Whoo, creative title! It's Rock Lee! Though he came out kind of funny-looking. Probably because I tried to draw him on-model. Foolish me! I'll try to make a better fanart of him some other time.

I also may have gone overboard with the motion blur effects. I put a non-blurred version in my Scraps section, here: [link] in case anyone wants to see it without the blurs.

Awesome picture! The blur IS NEEDED! O_O I mean why would he just stand like that and having dust come from his feet without any motion? =O He looks like he is moving really fast! (err... he allways does XD)
