All your shading and highlighting are amazing as usuall, and the color choices are excellent.
^ ^ Yay pink, but even more... yay for blue tape!
Sooo cute all in all, I think that you really improved the picture greatly! The only thing that I wish was different about it was my little pen marks where I was doing my cheap half-shading.
Your shading is much better and my pen marks there seem to get in the way of your smooth looking work...

I'm glad you like the blue tape - I was about to use boring normal grey, but then thought why not use blue? much more fun...
But I was very thankful for the shading! It added texture and stopped the piece looking to photoshop-y... because I'm lazy and only draw outlines, there's always a bit of a problem merging lines and colour, but I thought it was much easier with your style!

Thanks about my shading adding texture. XD It makes me feel better about how it looks in the pic on second thought.
^ ^! ...Now I just wish that the shading was more smooth and less hurried looking (I just kinda threw it on there), but that's just my perfectionism. : P

wow! very nice shading, i really dig how the texture in the lines work with the coloring, especially the sketchy shadow you added in the back, very nice work!
