Visiting the psychologist as a chld was the one of the best experiences in my life.
She was one of the few adult who didn't think that I was dumb and talked to my kindergarten (6 of age) self like I wanted it from everyone else. Also, she had a 9 square feet indoor sandbox with lots of buildings and other props.
Best playhouse: no kids and a reasonable adult!

Oh, I got a story!
When my sister was two, my parents had been living about 3 months in their new apartment with her. The upstairs neighbors were having a party, all drunk and blasting music. My dad goes upstairs to ask them to quiet down (since my sister was trying to sleep) but the man had gotten so mad at the question he followed my father back to our room and attempted to tackle him. The man tripped over a baby gate and smashed his head open, all while my sister was watching.
