The idea for this work came to mewhen I learned of the Legion of the structure and hierarchy of the geths, and the fact that they dream to merge into one super machine. moreover, they are all equal among themselves, is this not communism?

I doubt the geth would count as a communism as they are only one individual before ME3. After the Reaper war (if you spare them) when they are individual beings they might change their economic system so that individuals gain on their work, however looking at the reaction to the Quarians in danger (if you make peace) it seems they will accept being cheap labor and that their needs are completely different to ours. What we judge communism might be the most free choice for the geth. Perhaps an AI race don't even have the concept of communism.

This actually makes a lot of sense. Every single one of them is pretty much equal and thats pretty much the textbook definition of communism. Somehow I could also see Saren as Stalin. Anyway, great idea.
