Description
Oxumare is a genetically engineered eel-like living weapon created from a sample of alien DNA found in Brazil mixed with the DNA of a few compatible earth animals to fill some of the missing DNA segments and some synthetically created strands. It's name comes from the proper name of the rainbow-serpent of Candomblé mythology, an Afro-American religion widely practiced in Brazil. The rainbow-serpent represents mobility and activity, and it controls the forces that direct movement.
It's body is high in metals like iron and silicon, it prefers cold dark water, the sides of it's body is covered in bulbs of bio-luminescence, and it hunts by picking up on the electro-chemical signals generated by the brains of living things, then targets those brain waves and creates an electric pulse that stops it's prey's heart. It also has an affinity for machinery, by using it's electric pulses it can influence machinery so long as it is in contact with it, so just by touching a wire it could hack an entire super computer.
From inside T.A.T.T, Oxumare, or as the pilot and A.I have come to call "Ox", acts as the Titan's immune system, preventing it from being hacked or catching a virus, and commands the nanobot workers that repair T.A.T.T and run it's inner functions.
