I use player pro for android in my car in a holder. If I wanna do something while driving, I need bigger GUI elements for play/pause/prev/next - done good on player pro, and bigger progress slider - sucks in player pro.
When it comes to usability, your skin also could use bigger controls. However it is very nice.
But if it is really for a mockup contest, you might as well leave it as it is.

nice one but you should really add some shadow to the text appearing in search or just make it black.

agree with barberioX about the toolbar. I think I would shade more the content part and make that GO button shadow less visible and make it smaller.

Hmm, not much I would change here. It's always a matter of liking.
I would redo the toolbar and the buttons, and edit/change the title part. Maybe a slight texture or something.
