Hmm, I wonder what catagory it is if the picture has been drawn traditionally, but is colored digitally?
And it's still the linart, just ... rainbows... XD 
rainbows!Anyway! Here's a WIP of a character who will be (hopefully) put into the mini-plot I'm working on at the Highlands. (Although it looks like the mini-plot might be delayed a little bit, while I try to figure out how to go around the whole war-thing. XD)
He will be the servant to a later character who comes in, although he's certainly not one of those generic 'slave' characters. XD He's got a little bit of spunk to him! ;D He'll be a kick to play, once I finish him up! (Once I decide on colors, heh, he'll be uploaded in his finished, inked sketch. XD)
This image was uploaded, even just as a WIP, for , because she's been bugging me to work on him. XD I'm working on it, see?

Thankiieeeeeeeeees!! x3 He's a cute little dude, hehe, gonna come onto the Highlands pretty soon. :] (I'm still trying to decide what candy my pirate crew for Meadowcreek should be... Gingerbread is taken, but there's Sugarplum, and Peppermint! XD)
I did it on GiMP! You select a section of the image, and go to Layers-->Color Balance. Then you just mess with the colors until you get the one you like! Then you go section by section to add more than one color to the pic.
