Description
Next is Harmonika, a former major pop singer and entertainment celebrity who tore her vocal chords during a particularly intense concert. While the performance earned her much acclaim, it effectively killed her career. In an attempt to revitalize it, she agreed to partake in an experimental procedure to regrow her vocal chords, not realizing that the process incorporated elements of an illegal project to develop sonic super-soldiers. She was effectively a subject for this project by proxy, and afterwards targeted by both the corporation that developed it as "their property," and by the ERA for possessing an illegal power granting enhancement. However, her lawyers were able to make an arrangement with the ERA, and the sonic powers she found herself developing allowed her to defend herself when the corporation attempted to have her killed. Now possessing the most powerful and destructive voice on the planet, she has abandoned plans of resuming her career as a singer and joined the Allegiance instead.Harmonika, The Allegiance and all related characters are (c)

I'll likely expand on the details when I put up her character sheet on Echoes.
I waffle a lot on this character. Sometimes I think she looks fine, other times I don't think she quite looks like a pop singer-turned-superhero, other times I think she looks a little too much like Lady Winter or not wild enough given some of the outrageous outfits so many singers wear nowadays (i.e., Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, etc).
