I used Paint. That's literally all I did there. Just drew some lines in and made a couple circles.

Well, I saw that somebody had done the character in Fabrica De Herois, and I really felt that what that person had done did not do Steel Wolf justice. So I decided, as a present to for what he had done for me, to make a better take on Steel Wolf in Fabrica. This is the result.
