many thanks! while i like the concept, i find this more suitable for banners than a logo. This one will be most troublesome to use on social media as well. Dont want to sound like a wet towel, I really appreciate the love.

I think you're right. It is more like a banner than a logo. It doesn't work as well when you shrink it down to icon-size.
Could you please explain a little what your concern is with the social media? Is it because of the ratio of the picture, or the size, or the fact that all the little parts will get cramped when scaled down? When it comes to logo's I'm really a novice, so I'm trying to learn and truelly appreciate the feedback. Thanks.

most social networks prefer a square icon (aspect ratios 1:1), so this cant work as an icon.
