Beautiful work ! I really like your technique and this OC is very cute ! The shaders are really interesting and shiny parts too ! Reflects are very realistics and the toons are cute. Pastel colours give an ice cream effect very veeeery kawaii ! The background's flowers is nicely blurred. And the pink/white contrast make it's like kawaii Christmas, winter.. Or Easter, with the little rabbit, the bear dress, the heart milkshake and icecream ! And mouse's ears are kawaii too !
The hair curls are so amazing and eyes are like the ocean at night..
Bows are draw like they're moving ! Really amazing drawing!

I love this artwork. Its very cute. But, when I first saw the tail it looked a bit wonky, but, now that I really looked at it its ok. I love the clothes, how they fold are nicely done. Now this could be just be me. the eye parting is a bit too far. The color palette is amazing. I love the curls, and the sakura flowers, how ever, I wish they had more detail. ^-^ I love that addition to it. The bow on the head is a nice introduction in the drawing. It makes everything more cute. This picture is very clean, with neat line art. The ice-cream, and the milkshake is nicely done, with well detail. In conclusion, this drawing is neatly done. Great work!

so cute I love lolis the style is so cute. the way the dress fits on the chest in a teasing loose fitting way is so good. the tail confused me at first but that could be partly because i just woke up and am not wearing glasses. I love how the back ground flowers pop out by going over the rabbit a bit. I will this to give me pointers for bodies in this angle since it is so well done. the proportions are good the legs confuse me a bit since I see so little of them but i have a habit of needing the whole body in fame. my O.C.D. but besides that it is very good and I will love to see what you do next.
p.s sorry for rambling and going all over my brain is dumb like that.

Firstly, congratulations for your amazing picture, it is very cute and kawaii.It is really impresive how the skirt moves and hair curls, good use of shadows.
In tecniques I would recommend to make sakura flowers with more details and shadows, they will apport more cuteness always.
If the dress is a bear- mouse one, I would have used the same animal as partner with a little pair of wings maybe.

Ok, here I go. I did not notice the tail at first. I thought it was some sort of magical girl. I noticed that the tail goes behind the arm and up over it holding the cup, not sure if that was done intentionally or not.

I absolutely love your choice of colour composition for the character.
Reminds me of springtime in Japan and of course Easter and it's various sweet and colourful tones.
