I want to start out that is an amazing piece of art!
The head feels a bit crowded (I know I said the same thing last time.) I think you should get rid of the buns and put the bells in their place and make them gold to match (Cause I have never seen that done before!) On the left arm the sleeve looks a little off, try to get a better flow going there, by using shading or something of that sort. The legs also look a little small, so make them bigger... Also on the left leg upper thigh, there is a weird bit of shading.
Or do none of this it's your choice.

This art is very good--especially the line art. But I think the wings need a bit of shading; the arms seem to blend in despite their shading also. And the rainbow bits are a bit hard to make out, perhaps they should be longer/brighter? Overall, I love the piece and can't wait to see what else you make
