Octamum seems to have found the way to Vinyl's heart.
I'd actually started writing the script for this piece all the way back in August, right at the star of Octamum's mothering obsession. But I could never get the scripting right, hence why it was delayed quite a bit.
Ever since I decided to properly expand upon the characters of Octavia's parents, I'd always decided there should be some genuine reason as to why Octamum wanted another foal, which would also link in to why Octavia was an only child. I actually ended up doing a bit of research into this when I was finalising the script. In short, I'm now far more clued up on the subject than I was when I took my GCSE Biology exam!
