The original Compass man in my version both sprite and historically
*25/01/18 update, @ynmfallen helped me with the ring, so the sprite look far better now.

History
The first Compassman (or the evil) he was built along with Heroman by Dr. Fang's orders, since he pretended to use them in his political campaign. This Compassman is quite a powerful foe since he can separate his torso from his legs and spin around slicing at opponents with his deadly blade hands, while his legs will try to hit his prey and do even more damage. However, later both him and Heroman will be defeated by Megaman.
