Description Submerge. My attempt to make an underwater scene using the same techniques as I would with space. Using stars as bubbles.

Update: I'd like to thank everyone who has 'd this piece. I have been gone for awhile and haven't been able to reply. This is one of my favorites and as far as I can tell it's yours as well. Atleast of my art. Once again I'd like to thank you!

Rabies Star Brushset by ~Rabieshund

I changed the opacity and size. Then I erased randomly to make it more bubble like. I also added noise layers.
