This image was created as an entry in the Monthly Gargoyles Art Contest [link] which is sadly closed.The theme for this contest was "10 years later," since it had been about ten years since the programme had aired on television. I thought since when we last left the characters Angela had been dating Broadway, what if they had a baby together? Angela holding a child which resembled Broadway was a simple, straightforward way to get that across. I, um, used pictures of the Virgin Mary holding Jesus for reference.

mmmm... yes.... "suspicious"....
well, yes and no on there being more. i penciled & inked it on paper, but didn't properly lay it out. so i drew all of Angela's hand, but not enough of the baby's head, more of her hair, but not enough of her body, that sort of thing. when i scanned it, i actually had to line everything up, and realised that bits and pieces just didn't fill in the space correctly, thus the kinda awkward looking crop. >.>'
