Er... when did they establish that she was a teenager when they, ahem, "did it"? All I know is that they changed the story from the consensual one night of passion to a drugged up trickery by Talia. Also, the last panel makes Talia look like the ghost girl from the Ring.

No it means that Talia got that place for her when she was 16 not that batman banged her at 16 it just so happens that the place she took batman to meet Damian she got when she was 16

I'm pretty sure what they mean is she's older, but was given the place years ago when she was a teen, considering her age has never been revealed (just like it's only recently been shown that Bruce is 31-35 *course the new reboot messes everything up*).

Actually, the reboot makes it even worse. I think Bruce is only intended to be in his late 20s to early 30s and Damian is still at least ten, but probably closer to thirteen. So just how old were either Talia or Bruce? Because even if the age difference isn't a 16 versus 30 something like it may have been pre-boot it's kinda squicky to realize Ras may have order his underage daughter to get knocked up by a Batman who may have been a bit closer to a Batboy.

As for the line you give in the description, it could just be that that was how old she was when Ra's got her the place, and she was trying to recall when that was, which would mean she'd be older than 16.
