Dick has taken over as Batman for the time being.
Bruce Wayne is no longer anchored to a time or a place. He's still alive just lost in time.
However he's coming back based on what I read.
Unlike previous death/resurrection comics events... this is not one of them.
The body they buried wasn't his since they didn't have a body to bury.

Ok from what I understand Darkseid's beams sent him to the past or something where he's currently in a cave drawing Bat symbols and e has a beard (Yay CaveBatman!), still somehow he left a body in the present for everyone to cry and bury (which is confusing really).
Oh and get this! The same thing happened to Captain America except that instead of ending ina Cave he's experiencing every moment of his life and instead of being shot by Darkseid's Omega beams he got shot by, wait for it, TIME BULLETS!!!! (Anyway Marvel's now bringing him back!)

we don't know that batman dies or what in RIP, and batman's body dies in final crisis. so DC comics shows batman's funeral to all of viewers I guess. I love the funeral part but.. final crisis was awful..I hope DC will not ruin the blackest night ;w;

I'm sure that he will come back soon, I mean, IS BATMAN!!! Nobody kill batman that is the rule! the final of batman need be that comic: The Dark Knight Return or a comic with all the villain and heroes from batman in a SUPER-EPIC-BATTLE!!!!! in where everybody change...or die...at the end!
