The colours are gorgeous and I love how they almost seamlessly run into one another as well as the composition.
But it's been a long day and my mind is drawing a blank.
I will definately have to add this to my favourites though

Ah - this makes sense - I was going to ask you how you balanced the exposure between sky and ground, but if you have taken two shots then it would be much easier. Love the long vertical pan - there is a great sense of tranquility that you have caught on film here. Gorgeous colours to finish off the mood - yet another brilliant shot of yours that I've missed over the summer!

The scenery with the rocks in the foreground looks superb.

Very impressive. Simple and serene, and a good choice of scenery for a vertical stitch, it really adds some drama with the large amount of sky above the rocks. The only critique I'd have is that the horizon looks a bit curved, possibly because of the panorama, and you could try doing some distortion correction with Panotools or something. But still, it's not really noticable unless you're looking for it, and overall a very good image.

I specially love the tones here! The sky can sometimes have the most surprising and beautiful tones and gradients. One of the best panoramic i saw! Love the idea of the vertical one instead of the horizontal which i get to see more often. +fav ! By the way, do you use any program to do it? cause i have some shots that were supposed to be a pano, but i cant make it.. Any help would be more thant welcome!

As others have pointed out, this runs the gamut of textures and spectrum of color.
Varied, and yet it all pulls together. You can drift off into the clouds but still be drawn in by the rocks in the foreground.
And the reflection off the sand is seriously cool.

an absolutely amazing composition. You've fit so many colours - blue, red, green, brown - into this one shot - and the panorama feel really works.
The water has a dreamy quality to it as well, which makes this more than great.
An instant favorite. Put up a print of this, and i'd buy it. These are not hollow words.

more than the sky, i especially like the colors in the foreground. i dunno if this was natural or digital manipulation, but the barely visible greens in the foreground add an additional dimentionality to the photo. without them, the photo would have been another sunset photo. in thiis case, the gentle colors in the foreground provide interesting contrast to the bright colors of the sunset.

the greens are no manip, it's seaweed which was laying on the rocks, and i also think that their color is very important in the shot
