A line-paperless-digital-lineart version of the original Angel of Music that was submitted for and 's Angel Contest! [link]Original: [link]
This is the first time I trace my drawing digitally. It took me an afternoon to draw the original, but it took me Days trace and retrace on my pen tablet to finally get it to look like this. O.O'
But it had to be done. Otherwise, I'd feel cheap to submit something straight out of a notebook for a great contest. Hopefully, this can also improve my slim chance of winning.

Have you ever tried re-lining your traditional work with the pen tool in photoshop? It makes the lines more crisp.
And it takes a helluva less time too. =]
Try this tutorial . It's what helped me with the pen tool when I wanted to smash it to smithereens.
