Description A bird-girl character and reference commission for *niccals

She's a Scops Owl.
I've taken to calling her Pepper, but you can change the name if you want.
I really enjoyed doing the ear tufts, they help with expressions too!

EDIT: I fixed her color sheme and added the goggles that I forgot! It almost killed me to erease the feather tufts on the full body shot, but I actually really like it a lot better this way cx
