Day 1 of VillainTober 2019 (yeah I am making that a thing). I figure since I have a lot of villain drawings that, for the most part, finished I might as well try to post all of them during this month.Part of my DC Revised Universe comes the infamous arch nemesis to Superman: Lex Luthor.
