Description Sand sand sand! Tons of it located in Kitty Hawk, NC here in the USA... this is my first attempt in generating an actual border...very conventional...a little bit different I think, but I'll let you guys decide!

Again, this is a photo many have seen similar versions of, but I decided to make one without the perfect waves and patterns found in the sands of dunes. Very unorganized and choppy. This gives a sense of chaos, yet the untouched crests of each ridge give a sense of serenity.

i like the border, it's funky, it makes the shot look likes a travel addvertizing photograph.

Hehe, it sort of maybe does. Don't know if that is good or bad! Thanks though. The photo itself is real, only touched up some of the levels with photoshop and resized with a border.

Very good gradiation, nice texture as well. Appealing to the eyes. The border, not to crazy about, that huge rectangle of white seems to me at least to throw the picture off a bit, but you made the come out pretty well. Usually pictures of this type (one subject filling the entire photo) seem uninteresting, but this is pretty awesome.

I updated the photo in accordance to your feedback, a little less distracting now?

Thanks, first attempt to generate a more professional layout. Out of curiosity, what generated the desire to comment on the piece? I've made several additions to my gallery and this is the only one I've gotten any comments on within moments of posting. I've done quite a bit different with this than the others in my gallery. Thanks for the time!
