Taken in Parrot Jungle Island in Miami, Fl. I had fun playing around with the cropping on this one. You can tell this guy is a bit nervous and weary of me. Hoping that I won't notice him or simply camera shy? He's so cute!!!!Related content

Funny you say that! I was taking a photo of this one , zoomed in [he was actually about 5 feet away here]. With my camera still pointing at this monkey, I turned my head to my girlfriend and said something about wondering if they would get closer or something, and honest to God, before I turned by head fully back, a different monkey actually leaped right at me and landed on a branch only inches away from my still aimed camera. He was so close I couldn't get it to focus right away, had to lean back lol. There was a guy watching me, and he was like "Woah! Did you see that?!" and pointed us out to his really small son. The pictures turned out ok, I'll probably put them up since the monkey photo's have gotten such good response.
