Thsi is epic! <3 I think Fenghuang and Junjie would make a cute couple....or a team. They both have really dramatic voices

There are plenty of minor female villains outside of the main movies ie. The Ladies of the Shade, the Wu Sisters, Junjie's leopard students (although Mr. Ping says only one of them is a girl, in the fight scene at the end of "The Ghost of Oogway" they all sound pretty damn feminine!), but if you are referring to main female antagonists then yes; we're pretty much limited to Scorpion and Fenghuang.
