Almost always apathetic he messed and manipulates meeps just to see if he can, as he has no particular dislike of any elements and his targets are never chosen through bias. This is part of what makes him so dangerous, his impartial nature. He twists meep's view of the world and turn their ideas upside down just because he can. He is however still a meep and along with getting bored easily he is absolutely superstitious and does everything he can to avoid bad luck.
