○ voice: quiet and soft- a striking contrast compared to his personality. slightly raspy due to lack of use but youd have to strain yourself to hear it. when he does talk his speech tends to be very slurred. as if hes just been woken up.
○ health: due to his young age, toshio is weak and frail. however when compared to meeps in similar age range, its clear hes lagging behind. although he was extremely underweight when he first arrived at the kitterkeep meepery, he has luckily gained more weight, although hes still very visibly skinny. upon examination, aberdale suspects his poor health and stunted growth may have because he was born into a regular kitter crystal instead of the correct muddy opal.

sulky and low- although muddies are generally a very proud bunch and hold themselves high when slithering around, toshio keeps his body pressed against the floor. its best compared to a snake with arms pulling itself along the ground. very rarely makes eye contact with others and his demeanor is meek and timid, although its far from an accurate representation of his personality.

tends to make clicking noises with his tongue- and even more often than not, can be found imitating countless different animals. well- all except for the terrapup. seems to take a liking to copying felthurrs especially, and hes gotten quite good at it...

○ unresponsive: its very hard to get a reaction out of Toshio. he isnt easily angered, happy, or... anything really.

he always seems to be in a dave and will often in freeze in place and simply lay still for hours on end. doing nothing but making odd noises.

○ liar: exactly what it sounds like... Toshio is a great liar. mostly due to his blank nature and lack of emotion, its hard to differentiate the truth and lie with him without using magic. occasionally he will spread false rumors, just to stir up some excitement.

✦ overall personality:

a quiet and secretive meep. not much is known about him... all that is clear is that he has a high resentment towards other forbidden characters. is good at hiding such a hatred. often only does things for personal gang. still acts very childish.

✦ backstory:
born to two secluded kitters- kiyohime and hikada.

the two had toshio in their prime, but their relationship quickly fell to shambles once he was summoned. the two found having the meep so early on in their relationship was incredibly straining. an even though they both loved toshio- it was hard for them to show it with their constant arguing. although the fights mostly stayed verbal, one night things had been taken out of hand and soon became physical. after kiyohime attempted to injure hikada with her fire- the fight soon became so loud it had caught the attention of neighboring muddies, who when attempting to resolve the situation, discovered the forbidden romance of the two and as a result.. their forbidden child.
