You're a madman, alright.

Hey, something has to give the ORIGINAL Magicians some love, why not I?
And the real caveat is that last effect. Hello Synchro Red-Eyes Flare Metal Dragon.
Can be sure Lightsworns'll love it. Hell, Monarchs could run it too if they weren't so scared of the Extra Deck.

Very nice artwork, that Synchro does remind me of a Royal Knight ( Digimon )

Believe that was the intent-this is the Dark Magician's first foray into Synchro-nicity, so I felt it best it look the part.
If you're looking for a link to the art, though, its in one of these guy's folders: customcardartworkdump.imgur.co…

I do, in some ways (big Digimon fan here, wait till you see what I've in store for this pic of Jupitermon I've got in my cardpic folder) .
But the design of this pic is CLEARLY the Dark Magician build: just look at the staff and cowl! It's just mechanized, really.

I am looking at it and all I really see of DM would be the color scheme in all honesty. I'm not saying that to troll, but it's what I see. As per Digimon I will say Digimon is my fav anime of ALL time. That my be the possibility of my baise on what I see. Not this, but last Status Update I put on my profile listed my Top 5 fav animes of all time and Digimon is 1.

Oooooh nice. Thinking of watching it back up, binge-style, after Arc-V runs its course. (Favorite run was Tamers. Still is, hands down. Rika and Renamon's relationship was actually one of the most in-depth ones I'd seen to date.)
Also, I may become a Philistine for this, but I don't think Arc-V or Zexal are annoying at all. And GX would've been phenomenal if it didn't spend its time lampooning everything DM took straight, from the benevolent Duel Spirts (Yubel) to the Light=Good fallacy (Society of Light.)

Not sure if you looked at my order but I rated Genex as the best for me from all of those YGO Series' due to the fact that Judai was overall the best Protagonist imo. He had that will power, all he wanted to do was duel and have a good time. He did do some growing up during the 3rd going into the 4th season. The last Season itself worked the angle to bring the semi-back/foreground characters into the mix with their "endings" of one going to study abroad, one taking on the Cyber name, and the last going into the Pro League soon after a great victory over Edo Phoenix. Arc V well my memes say what I found annoying of it and Zexal for me just had too much of the same Yuma winning formula which was no longer a question of when Yuma would win, but when will Yuma OTK? I used that Light is bad fuel to make my OC since he's the holder of a pure Light Deck ^_^
As per Digimon well I grew up with Taichi so there's my biase towards him and the Agu-line. The only other Digimon I might like more than him since he was at first a debut in Digimon World 3 was Monmon and had the most random Evovlution line.

I know of Jaden and Syrus's milestones-actually incorporated it into the ASPECT storylines, which I'll talk about in my journals at the end of the year (encompasses GX, 5Ds and Zexal's universes where the dubbed animes left off), but who was the one who beat Aster? Alexis? I may have to go through the dub 4th season, to make sure my knowledge is in tip top shape.
Also, your Digimon takes are superb and I will not contend them. Actually had a little booklet of all the Digimon in the first season, like the Pokemon booklet of the first 150. Pity I lost one in the move and the other to Sandy flooding.

HOLY OJAMAS CHAZZ ACTUALLY BEAT ASTER IN THE SUB well okay, I've read the manga and wondered when Chazz was going to shine. Had Light and Darkness DRAGON as a Duel Spirit one time it pwned so much face. Actually giving him an extended role in ASPECT as well-first re-initiation of the Chaos Showdown challenge that kicks off the GX prologue, he's getting, losing and keeping LADD as a card.
Can't say any more on that front, tho-!

Manjoume was written as a decent character though wasn't given the proper win/lose ratio to actually be taken seriously. He only beat Judai clean in the manga, but not in the anime from what I recall. He did have ONE instance where he could have won, but he let it slip through his fingers. If you haven't seen the last season of YGO Genex I am probably giving you too many spoilers and recommend you watch it.

I know of the manga, the dub, and (generally) how the ending of the sub version goes (After whupping Darkness' arse twice, and graduating Jaden timetravels, meets Yugi, and fights him to a draw. Roll credits.) But you are correct, I will have to see the last season of the sub to really get the feel for it.
Really s'also why I'm not starting my Yu-Gi-Oh! ASPECT story until I do watch through the subs-only way I'll properly progress through my story as it wraps up GX and 5ds is with SOME knowledge of how and where the characters end up after it all.

I don't like kicking 4kids while it's down, but they did take a HUGE amount of the seriousness of YGO overall. Sure that's what I first saw, but I sure zoomed away from it after watching Season 3 of Genex in my early adulthood. As per that final duel some ppl say it's a dream. Honestly I see it as a "hidden truth" that the creators did not want to do the ultimate taboo but left it for people to " figure it out " what actually happened. If I recall correctly when Judai had Neos send to attack Osiris he should have had one more card in his hand. The only logical thing since Judai duels to win even if it was against his "idol" that would have been Honest in his hand which would have been Judai's victory. Now the other reason I think that is so since something like that has been done in another popular video game series that had a semi-anime adaptation.
I am speaking about Pokemon. To be exact Pokemon Gold/Silver. You play as Gold and get 16 Badges and then you face Red in the end of your road. You defeat Red on Mt. Silver and he has this stacked up team. That's the reason I see and believe Judai had that win in the bag. Not to mention if you dissect both decks. Judai's deck has more Synergy.

Oh of course. Never meant to imply GX was bad for that season. S'just my proof I actually knew the skeleton of Season 4's story. Really, though, my favorite arc (okay, second favorite, the one that involves Yubel is clearly number one. (favorite Yugioh villain AND Fiend-monster. HEAD and SHOULDERS.) was the Legendary Planets arc in the manga. Just for the variety of different powerful bosses at hand here. 'Specially Tragoedia (I may be mistaken on this one though.)
