Really good card. At first I was a bit unsure about the cost for the second effect, but considering how powerful the effects of some Subterrors tend to be, it seems like a fair cost.

Also, the piercing damage used to be part of the Nemesis Witch, but I switched it to this because: 1) it's harder to keep the Witch on the field than this, and 2) because it works in SYNERGY! with Clash in the Subterror Caverns. Also, keep in mind this effect can be used, much like SB Burrowing, to speed out a Flip Summon on the opponent's turn, as well as have your monsters dodge disruption. (and the last one also allows you to benefit on Burrowing's banish activation cost.)
So yeah, bit unwieldly, but I like it.
