Coolest fact about tomb kings that their soldiers were so loyal in life that each King had a regiment of troops burried with him alive (king himself was dead of course), they marched into the courtyard of the tomb and then were burried in hot sand in formation and in full armor. So those undead were as stalwart in life as theya re in death.

This is very cool. I love the weird snake-zombie things leading the assault. They are just so awesome... And is that priest/king person on top of the behemoth calling forth the sandstorm they are riding in? Zombie army + magic sandstorm = very dead opponents. Just... YES.

Snake thing is a construct, they are stone statues or golems, animated by souls of dead warriors to serve eternally. Those with halbers/spears are Sepulcular Stalkers - they hide under the sand normally, eternally waiting for an intruder to step on it, then they sprang from the dunes and slash the unlucky tomb robber or barbarian nomad to pieces, before returning to their endless slumber again. Behemoth is called Khemrian Warsphinx, and atop of it stands either Tomb king or Lich-Priest of Nehekara, and yes he calls upon a sandstorm to both cover his army and wipe away enemies. Tomb Kings in general are very cool faction, some of them even aware of the fact that they are dead, but they simply see death and life as nonsential things, all that matters is to serve the King and never fail in the line of duty.

Probbaby the best lookiing army in the entire TWWH 2, and after comparing how it looks in the game with old pictures and tebletop models, I can safely say that you guys made a great job in redesinging (minor changes, but all for better)them.Β

He didn't really have infuence over that since they were basing al units on the tabletop modelsΒ vignette.wikia.nocookiβ¦Β Β
