Ha ha, glad to hear you like it then. Skulls are some of my favorite things to draw. XP
For the border I covered my fingers in this weird Elmer's paint stuff and tore the border off the paper.
For the drops I would put it on my fingers in large quanities and tap my first two fingers together with my thumb and let it drip randomly.
