Description Following the creation of the "Twilit Electabuzz," the Electabuzz's owner ran straight to the research facility of the ruins. He alerted the scientists and then went straight to the phone.

The scientists, however, were skeptical, and went into the ruins to check. They followed the man's footsteps to the part he'd visited and were awed by what they saw.

Symbols glowed on the walls, stretching from the darkest part, looking like some combination of ancient art and a circuit board. They even seemed to grow, slowly creeping towards the light. They went deeper, and found the shadowy crystals, now forming what could be mistaken for a small pond, with a dark mist rising from them.

And then the Electabuzz found them.

It charged from the shadows and attacked a scientist. The others called out their pokemon and managed to subdue it. One of the scientists decided that the crystals should be exmained, so he ordered his Pelipper to scoop them up to bring back with them.

Yes, you're right. It doesn't. However, that is sort of the point.

If you knew this already, then I am sorry, but it's supposed to be like the shadow/twilit enemies of the Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, specifically based on the Shadow Kargarok.

Oh, I didn't know that. :'D But now that you mention it, I can see the similarities.

Yeah, it was tough to apply all that to pelipper. Oh, bulbapedia random page option, why did you bring me to the most awkwardly designed bird ever?
