With a link to another dimension that it imports and exports mass from, it can become intangible or incredibly dense and massive. It has abilities like that of no other Pokémon and has great analization skills and calculation skills due to its link to computers. It gains energy through the Solar Interface on its forehead, and the energy it absorbs from it both allows it to function and can be fired off in laser form or in multiple forms of radiation.
