OH DEAR LORD THIS TOOK HOURS. It was worth it, though, seeing as I got to draw loads of Harveys.Oh, and uh, as for number 7... I GUESS THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN, BUT DAYUM. Mayor Garcia was piling on that eyeliner like no tomorrow in The Dark Knight. ;D

It has a character in it called no face (:
He has eyes and two slits for nostrils and no lips but just a line for a mouth, this is cuz when he was younger he put a mask on his face to hide him self but he used some temporary adhesive and glued it on, his dad was a control freak and ripped it off and left him without a proper face, now in asylum because he was void and emotionless he paints his own face on
