Just to let you know, Chinese attire usually doesn't contain such bright colors. We usually opt for warm colors such as red.
[this is just some advice from an actual Chinese person, don't take it to heart ^^]
also, your ocs seem to look very much like the person's below, same colors and all. Just to let y'know ^^

I'm deleting it anyway and report doing it to add the red and to get rid of the blonde girl as she represents a friend who betrayed me. I'm gunnar make another girl.

Go ahead! I can give you a rough idea of what they'd wear.
Milk is rough around the edges and wouldn't wear a skirt.
Whereas Cookies is a soft cutie patootie and probably wears a lot of dresses
Can I also change her outfit? Like give her another outfit like pajamas or something?

You can change her outfit, just make sure you don't put her in something that's revealing and don't put her in pajamas
