If an HDRi is done as it was intended to be used you would never know that it was one. You would only see it as the eye would have seen it. Too many are over done (this one may be in that category) and over saturated. I do like the way HDR brings out the texture in clouds but I've noticed that a lot of landscape images will have the greens way too bright. I usually try to tone those down to make it look more like I saw it.
