I remember several years ago a show a talk show, they talk gun control in mi country and the invite a gun control pro and a ban pro, and beleive in one hour the guy that represent the equivalent of the national gun asociation talk for less than two inutes, he introduce himself and at the ending and yet what he said at the end was so true.
What he said is that if someone wants to kill you, rob you, or whatever he or she or whatever will do it, a gun allow you to defend you because the police can not arrive inmidiatly

I oppose gun control.
I support the rights to own a gun.
I hope one day more countries allow gun ownership.
And if people have guns of their own in Mainland China, the Communist tyranny would collapse within hours because the people had enough.
And if there were the rights to own guns in Germany, scumbags like Shitler couldn't rise to power and do crazy things. Sure, at that time Communist influence was strong and powerful, but a moment later the people would awaken and immediately topple any sort of tyranny and instill a better government.

I agree completely.
Why make laws against laws?
Since when have killers obeyed the law???

Not to mention, even in a gun-free zone, the bad guy will always find a way to get a gun and bring it into the zone to kill someone or some people.

All of the 'mass shootings' have happened in "Gun Free Zones".
Schools - Columbine, Sandy Hook, etc.
Aurora Colorado Theater
Orlando Florida Nightclub
Fort Hood (believe it or not at the time soldiers were not allowed to carry sidearms on base)
San Bernardino Ca. ( I lost a friend from the renaissance faire in that one. He was a good man.)
There are just a few examples. The thing is the people that will do this, do not follow the law. They're going to do what they will and a sign isn't going to stop them.
Here are some other examples that you've probably never heard of...
Clackamas Oregon
Pearl HS Mississippi
Muskegon Colorado
Golden Food Market Virginia
Winnemucca Nevada
Why haven't we heard about these?
Simply because these potential 'mass shootings' were stopped.
Not by Law Enforcement (Police or Sheriffs), but by armed citizens who were legally carrying and acted.
In fact the shooter in the Clackamas Mall saw that there was someone who was armed and at that point killed himself.
The casualties in the others were very low and only a few fatalities (Sad that there were any at all).

"And you think that by getting rid of guns will cause people to stop killing each other?"
It would stop the mass shootings that devastate communities and that seem to be happening on an almost daily basis.
"People will find ways to kill each other. Which is why guns are needed for us to protect ourselves."
The flip side of that is: People will find ways to kill each other. Lets make it easier for them to kill by giving them high powered, semi automatic rifles with large capacity magazines.

Funny, I live in a country with fairly strict gun control (but gun ownership is allowed with training for some people like farmers) and if any shootings happen they're on the news right away because they're so rare. :/
I think it depends on the culture. Here's we're more relaxed and laid-back, so we're less likely to shoot someone.
In America people want to sue each other for trivial things, are paranoid, fear driven, trigger happy people with a gun culture. Need I say more?
