I love the simple and yet chaotic background, and how it flows in with your main character, more so with the main character I love how you detail specific parts of the character, the face; eyes and lips, and jaw, very good.
On the whole, a master compostion. I love how you have kept it simple and yet still detailed at the same time. Very hard to pull off. I wish I had that, I cannot be simple and detailed.

Thanks! Again, the one I just finished today is probably the one that finally gets it out of my system. It's coming, as soon as I get back from the Pittsburgh comicon...

this is such a nice surprise, and being just a WIP well one can guess the magnificence of the final oeuvre...
nevertheless I must point out that your previous Labyfanart's jareth was much closer to the Jarethness of the character himself... have you tried to use some Bowie pics as reference?

I just finished another new one this weekend, and I think it's the ONE. I'll scan it as soon as I get back home on Sunday, hopefully. Stay tuned.

Thanks, bro. I just picked up the special edition DVD a couple of weeks ago, and it's totally knocked me over again.

isn't it funny the similarities between Lord morpheus and jareth? both have weird eyes, they are not mortals, they can show you your dreams, they live in a castle accompanied by fairy tale creatures, both have wild hair... both are connected to a labyrinth (destiny's in dream's case) and both are sore loosers when it come to romantic affairs.... I suppose that is why I love them both... (sorry for this senseless message , I just can't help myself)

While David Bowie did play the voices of all the muppets that sang in that movie, he should have just played every single one of the characters. But unfortunately, the technology to do that wasn't as easily available at the time of this filming. Which is why they should remake it, with David Bowie playing everybody!!!

Were you going to detail out his whole vest? That is pretty cool.

Yeah; I probably will this weekend at SPACE while I'm sitting around. But I don't like his face; I still can't capture his Bowie-ness. I'm working up to it...

The face is off because no mere piece of paper can contain his Bowieness. Have a good show!
