Description
Visual style for XP, designed with soft colours and gradients which are pleasing to the eye yet unobtrusive.Features:
- Grey and Blue taskbar variations
- Normal and Compact start panel variations
(total of 4 variants)

Note: Compact start panel is designed for use with small icons, large will work, except some text may get truncated.

not bad at all, nice clean-looking design, only thing I didn't so much like was the start menu look (the two arrows) and I'd suggest the arrows on the start menu panel itself switch or something, the word down being used in shutdown looks odd beside an icon pointing down being used for the logoff one... (I realize its mostly semantics, but feels, inconsistant to look at that way)

It's a great skin. Can you tell me how i can remove icons like "search" , "help and support" and "set program access and defaults" from the start menu?

Right Click the taskbar > Properties > Start Menu Tab > Customize > Advanced > Uncheck what you don't want...

you should use a hover effect for the buttons, change the hover font color for the titles of the boxes in the sidebar of explorer, and imo the task bar should have something blue... somewhere
